FLOWXI Sarl acts as the data controller for personal data processed in the normal operation of the Flowxi platform.
When certain actions involve a payment provider or another technical processor, those actors intervene only to perform the service or the related obligations.
Data collected
Account and identity
- name, display name, or identity details;
- email address;
- hashed password and session data;
- profile photo, biography, phone number, or other profile information when provided.
Fundraisers, payments, and compliance
- fundraiser content, visuals, updates, comments, and interactions;
- donation history, amounts, currencies, statuses, references, and related proofs;
- information needed for verification, fraud prevention, or the processing of sensitive operations.
Technical data
- IP address, browser type, device, system, and technical logs;
- visited pages, useful preferences, and security signals;
- cookies and similar technologies, as described in the cookie policy.
Flowxi does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. When card or similar payments are offered, sensitive data is handled directly by the relevant payment providers.
Legal basis
Processing purposes
- enable account creation, sign-in, and profile management;
- publish, display, and track fundraisers, updates, and related interactions;
- process donations, payment statuses, proofs, and support operations;
- prevent fraud, protect the platform, and answer security requests;
- comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or compliance duties;
- improve the experience, measure usage, and send communications when necessary or accepted.
Flowxi does not sell personal data in the normal operation of the service and does not use it for opaque commercial profiling.
Data sharing
Necessary processors
Some data may be shared with processors acting on behalf of Flowxi, especially for hosting, storage, email delivery, technical security, or payment processing.
Such access is limited to what is necessary to perform the service.
Required or regulated sharing
Flowxi may disclose certain data to a competent authority, regulated partner, or duly authorized advisor where required by law, valid request, fraud risk, or dispute handling.
Data is not shared beyond what is strictly necessary.

Request information about the personal data processed about you and receive a copy when applicable.

Request deletion of certain data, subject to applicable legal, accounting, or security obligations.

International transfers
Depending on the services used, some data may be hosted, processed, or accessed outside the user’s country of residence, especially by technical or payment providers.
Flowxi seeks to frame such transfers through appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards, to the extent applicable to the services involved.
Minors
The Flowxi platform is primarily intended for adult users. Flowxi does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from minors without lawful basis or appropriate authorization.
If you believe that a minor has submitted personal data improperly through the platform, you may write to dpo@flowxi.fund.
Policy changes
Flowxi may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, operational, or commercial changes affecting the platform.
In the event of a material change, Flowxi may inform users through the platform, by email, or by another appropriate means. The latest update date appears at the bottom of this page.
